My room was super clean. it had a great bathroom. the staff was really attentive. They brought me water right away. the hotel is in a fantastic location, next to many shops and restaurants. i had a lovely stay. everything felt special!

cigarette smellaged fixtures

The room was HOT despite the cool weather outside. THERE was no air conditioning available. Some windows were marked 'do not open', though I desperately needed fresh air. Opening a window resulted in a strong cigarette smell because my room was right above the entrance where guests smoke. The breakfast was overpriced and the fixtures looked old.
